There is some discussion of Argent using a Wall of Fire spell to aid in their escape should it become necessary. It occurs to Grondar that he may someday be blessed with the ability to create Walls of stone and other materials if his devotion is strong and true enough. Alas, that will not help them now.

I looked up Cat's Grace, and even the best roll won't actually improve any of Grondar's combat skills (his DEX is 9, so a d4 can only raise it to 13). Oh well, he has no way to know that!
Grondar's Protection from Evil 10 Radius requires that he scribe a circle on the floor. Thus, Aria and Corley should have no difficulty telling where the boundaries of the protection are.
