Q Files Updates: May 2003

Post by Spectrum »

Its a new month and a new wave of Q Files!

THe Crusaders track the missing Sorceress to an underwater DEMON base and then the trouble begins in Crusaders #43-45.

The Lost Heroes contend with a maniac mentalist and a killer among them in Lost Heroes #27-33. Near the end of the file is a major clue to just what is REALLY going on in this game!

The Troubleshooters penetrate the alien base in Troubleshooters #12-16, the next to last installment of this series!

Lots going on over in the Frontier! The war comes to a close in Frontier #66 and there is much celebrating in Frontier #67.

The Company reunites and ponder what Ehlonna's gift might be in Sword of Doom #30-31. Also starting in this post is a very funny misunderstanding that Perrel starts and runs for several posts.

Enjoy the old/new stuff!

Q posts

Yeah, I don't think that's really the Sorceress either....
Lost Heros secret killer: don't want to think it's BT but we're being led to think his dietary requirements have changed.
Frontier: Multiple weddings! Get out the hankys
Sword of Doom:  Hahahahah  hehhehheh.... Ok I'll stop now.

Very good stuff all around.

Hey Bruce!

Congrats on making the rank of Superhero, BTW.

Nope, that's not the real Sorceress. Ol' Azalin has a sort of thing for Sheila and does kidnap her again in the future. He also makes several copies of her. (Talk about obsession!) That all led to one of my more unusual issue titles - "Once, Twice, Twenty-One Times the Lady!"

Your guess is dead on for Lost Heroes, Bruce. Surprisingly, the players didn't pick it up for quite a while yet. Of course they were all engaged in multiple games online and didn't have the advantage of reading a whole batch of posts in one sitting.

That direction of BT was choosen by his player, Areion. It was also why I didn't include all the mails he sent me as some of them specifically dealt with this. So in this particular instance, it was the players causing all the trouble!

You mean there's going to be twenty-one Sorceresses?? Hey do they know they aren't real?

Players causing trouble? That never happens.

You'll get yours as soon as I get mine.

Well, it wasn't quite like that. It was easy to find out which was real and which wasn't. But, I don't want to give too much away. Suffice to say that the issue in Question was LA Knights #83 and was part of the massive wedding crossover. The title refered to the real Enchantress (she had changed names by that point) and twenty duplicates of her.

I wouldn't bet on that! Some of the strange stuff that happened came from the players and not me! In fact that are things that are going to happen in Crucible that are derived from ideas from some of the players. Meaty backgrounds give me lots to play with!

Just sent up this weeks Q Files repostings.

In Crusaders #49-50, the team continues to escape from the DEMON trap, but one of their number falls.

The identity of the killer is finally revealed in Lost Heroes #37-40. Now can they catch him?

We jump back into the New Crusaders game. This time we focus on The Soloists. Since these events were done by E-mail, this is the first time that anyone else gets to see them. Also look for the first Q appearance of a certain Crucible character!

The Seekers contend with the Gatherer of Souls in Frontier #73 & Frontier #74-75.

The mystery of Corley and Ariel confronts the Company in Sword of Doom #35-36.

Enjoy the latest Q offerings!

Not quite yet, Bruce. Gargy comes along around Crusaders #89 or 90. Along with Timeshift, coincidently.
