The new crew of the recently claimed Vagrant had some issues that needed to be dealt with: take their bounty to Mos Espa and turn them in to their info broker- Tara Nightshade; move the newly claimed ship to a safer spot than Mos Espa so it was not confiscated by Imperials until they could have it registered to them; repair or replace the landspeeder that had been seriously damaged by the security droid; find a way to repair the main hyperdrive on the Vagrant as only the backup was currently working.
The first step was to move the ship to Mos Shuuta. Radioing ahead to Teemo's staff, the crew was met by a different droid voice than the one they had been used to conversing with. However, they were able to explain the situation and the ship was directed to Hangar Aurek. The Imperials allowed the ship to land and dock and the troopers there were not very inquisitive. Obviously Teemo did in fact hold significant sway over the Imperial garrison here. Vanessa Brynn, the Spaceport Overseer, might have bristled at the loss of docking fees.
Pron and FL-AR3 spent some time going over the ship and Spanner used his scanner. It needed some clean up and minor modifications and repairs, besides the hyperdrive. Kilian meanwhile needed to go to a medical clinic and Spanner joined him for that.
The medical center they found was a rundown facility. Windows were smashed and boarded up and the heavy blaststeel door was hanging from its hinges. Walking in to a small reception area, sand could be seen having blown in and gathered in piles in every corner. The center's doctor is a female Bothan who introduces herself as El'Jaameer.
When asked she explains that the facility was the target of several misguided attacks from a swoop gang. She had inherited the facility from her father and was struggling to deal with such rudimentary facilities. Questions further by Spanner and Kilian, El'Jaameer confided that there were dwindling supplies and little money to repair the facility. The Imperials had confiscated her supplies and drugs and that she had to pay a hefty fee, in reality a bribe, to release them. Spanner offered to pay the 800 credits that were needed to release her wares from the custom office and the doctor was overjoyed at the unexpected assistance.
While Kilian was shown to the bacta tank, which had seen better days, Spanner helped to clean up and also paid for the door to be repaired. In response, he had inquired about information in the town. El'Jaameer shared with him some details on various inhabitants, including Vik, the cantina's bartender; Clihssk, the Trandoshan arms dealer; Looz Voolvif, a Shistavanen bounty hunter and nemesis to Teemo; and T'rex, a Trandoshan bounty hunter and muscle, who worked for Teemo.
The guard for Dohbah, who had also been captured, was interrogated about whether they had actually taken the real Bandin Dohbah. FL-AR3 had some concerns about the identity of the Aqualish and the fact that while they had some variations among them, Aqualish could be difficult to tell apart. The guard seemed to believe that this was Dohbah and that he had done two smuggling missions for him. Spanner agreed to let the man go for his assistance. Meanwhile, FL-AR3 attempted to verify the identity of the Aqualish against the holographic bounty image and any known images of the smuggler, but was unsuccessful. Confident that they in fact had their true target, the team planned their trip to Mos Espa. They would leave in the morning.

Re: Cleaning Up the Pieces (Episode 10)
Not needing to sleep and having had his own damaged cortex repaired successfully, FL-AR3 spent some time late in the evening around the town and at the cantina, as usual needing his undrunk fix of a blue milk. No one yet knew what drew the droid to always order this drink but it seemed something of a fixation. On the way to the cantina, Flare witnessed an interesting encounter. A man in black armor shot dead a patron that had exited the cantina. Coincidentally, the victim was an Aqualish.
The armored man seemed almost casual about the encounter and upon moving closer, FL-AR3 saw that this was one of Teemo's men and the one who met them at Landing Bay Besh after they had tried to escape. Veris was his name. He nodded briefly at the droid and left the remains of the Aqualish lying in the sand. When FL-AR3 would depart, he would find the body no longer there.
Pron went looking for some muscle to guard the Vagrant while they were gone. The Trandoshan, T'Rex, would end up taking the job and the crew hoped that the bounty hunter could be trusted.
Looking for the shuttle to Mos Espa, Vl'Grax informs the crew that due to a bounty on board, they had to pay for the entire shuttle. No civilians allowed with a dangerous criminal. Arriving in Mos Espa, the Imperials checked the bounty records and then allowed the crew to move on.
Tara was contacted and she indicated a quiet back alley location for the turn over of the smuggler. The Aqualish attempted to talk his way out of the transaction, but was stunned by Spanner. Tara had a number of assistants with her and passed over the credit cylinder and thanked the crew for their successful efforts.
The next task to resolve was the damaged landspeeder. Instead of trying to repair it and turn it in, the crew decided to take some of the funds from the bounty they just earned and pay off the rental facility. That left them with a possible, eventually working landspeeder they could house in the Vagrant. At least once they managed to get it repaired. That left them with two of their immediate tasks completed and two to go.
